This website provides general information about Need To Know Logistics, LLC and its planned or currently available services. Capabilities are subject to scope review and current company authorizations.
Requests are not acceptance
Submitting a quote or delivery request does not create a contract, guarantee availability, establish custody, or mean NTK has accepted a shipment. NTK confirms acceptance separately after reviewing route, timing, cargo, handling, insurance, legal, and other applicable requirements.
Restricted or specialized shipments
NTK may decline any shipment. Medical, hazardous, regulated, controlled, government, defense, security-sensitive, or other specialized work is accepted only when NTK has confirmed all required authority, insurance, training, packaging, handling, contractual, and security requirements.
No unsupported security representation
Founder experience, including federal or defense experience, does not by itself establish a company facility clearance, contract authorization, certification, or permission to handle classified or otherwise restricted information or material.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipment information and for not submitting prohibited or highly sensitive information through the public website form.
Intellectual property
NTK names, logos, site content, graphics, and mascot artwork are owned by or used for Need To Know Logistics, LLC, subject to any applicable third-party rights.
Availability
NTK may change website content, service areas, capabilities, or these terms as the business develops. Website availability is not guaranteed.
